I am offering a 1 bed/1 bathroom room in a 4/4 for $370 a month. I will pay the $200 Sub-Lease fee, as I am having a family emergency back in West Palm Beach, and I desperately need to get home. First come, First serve basis. There are 3 roomates, all are students (male) and do well with paying the Utilities bill on time (Which is the only one you have to pay). They have their own bedrooms and bathrooms (as do you), so you will have your own privacy. Apartment complex is close to both campuses (FSU/Famu), and has a bus stop right in front of it.
